1General Terms

Ai999 (referred to after this as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service provider offering entertainment gaming to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions define the mutual rights and responsibilities between ai999 and its members.

By using any ai999 service — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you automatically agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Ai999 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the Platform, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with ai999, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each individual may only create one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.

After account registration, ai999 may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. ai999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is completed.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. All activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals at ai999 are detailed below:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50 (fifty taka).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Ai999 supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — as well as bank transfers. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

To be eligible for ai999 bonuses and promotions, the general conditions below must be followed. Individual promotions may also carry their own specific terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering Requirements: A required wagering amount must be met before withdrawing a bonus (typically 20x–30x).
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period; once it expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple Accounts: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games and not on others.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is BDT 500.

Ai999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. If you have a bonus-related concern, please contact the support team.

5Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games on ai999:

• All games are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, ensuring complete fairness.
• If a technical error or fault occurs in the gaming software, the relevant round may be voided.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection, ai999 will attempt to restore the game from the last saved state.
• In the event of any dispute over game results, server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ai999 Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system or exploit it through fraudulent means.
• Hacking the gaming software, or using bots or any form of automation.
• Harassing or behaving indecently toward other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Running harmful campaigns or spreading false information against ai999.

7Privacy & Personal Information

Ai999 treats the privacy of members' personal information with the utmost importance. Information you provide will be used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and transaction processing. Your personal data will not be sold or shared with any third party.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Ai999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or submission of false information.
• Upon detection of suspicious financial transactions.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.

Members may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance, unless the closure is due to a rule violation.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Ai999 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play in a controlled and responsible manner.

• Each member can set their own deposit limit at any time.
• Members have the option to temporarily exclude themselves from the platform (self-exclusion).
• If signs of problematic gaming behaviour are identified, our support team will be available to assist.
• Gaming is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

10Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with ai999, please contact the support team first. We aim to resolve all issues within 72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, the matter will be escalated to a formal review.

Server logs and technical records shall serve as conclusive evidence in any dispute. All decisions made by ai999 are final and binding.
